These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProSEO website, services, and software (the “Service”). By using ProSEO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
To use ProSEO, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free Starter: The Free Starter includes a free tutorial and one free listing per new account. No payment method or subscription is required to view the tutorial or use that listing. The starter listing is a one-time account allowance and does not renew. Separate promotional or referral credits, when offered, are additional to this allowance.
Prepaid listings: One-time purchases add listing credits to your account. Prepaid credits remain available until used and do not expire when a subscription is cancelled.
Basic Monthly: Basic Monthly provides 15 listings per billing month for $15 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Unused monthly listings do not roll over. You may cancel future renewals at any time; access to that month's allowance continues until the paid period ends. If you have both monthly and prepaid credits, monthly credits are used first by default.
Existing subscriptions: Customers who already hold a subscription may continue under their existing plan and price unless they choose to change it.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once listing credits are delivered. If purchased credits are not delivered, contact us so we can correct the balance or review a refund. Cancelling Basic Monthly stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period. We may review other refund or credit requests case by case.
You agree not to use ProSEO for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes. This includes generating content that violates Etsy’s policies, infringes third-party intellectual property, or engages in deceptive practices. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse.
All rights, title, and interest in ProSEO remain our property. Users retain ownership of the outputs they generate, but remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Etsy’s policies. By providing feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to improve our Service.
ProSEO relies on third-party providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, AWS, Stripe, SaaS Pegasus, MailChimp, and Google Workspace. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms and policies, which may change. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes introduced by third-party providers.
ProSEO is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results such as Etsy rankings or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or repeated intellectual property complaints. Upon termination, your access to credits and the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits, and must bring claims individually.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of ProSEO after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
