1. Product Type REQUIRED

Select whether your product is Digital or Physical.

Examples

  • Digital = Products the buyer downloads (like printables, templates, e-books)
  • Physical = Products you ship to the customer (like t-shirts, mugs, jewelry)

Why it matters: ProSEO tailors the listing description to highlight delivery type (e.g., instant download vs. shipped item).

2. Theme or Concept OPTIONAL & RECOMMENDED

Enter the main theme of your product (1–3 words works best).

Why it matters: A clear theme gives ProSEO more context for the draft.

3. Main Keywords OPTIONAL & RECOMMENDED

Enter 3–8 search terms buyers would type into Etsy or Google. Separate each with a comma. You can also use results from Etsy keyword research tools (Everbee, eRank, Marmalead, Alura).

4. Target Audience OPTIONAL & RECOMMENDED

Describe who your product is for in a short phrase.

Why it matters: Helps generate copy that feels personal and trustworthy to the right buyers.

5. Main Features REQUIRED

List 3–6 standout features of your product. Separate with commas.

  • Printable wall art, 300 dpi resolution, instant download
  • Custom engraving, gift-ready packaging, free shipping

Why it matters: Specific features give ProSEO useful details for the title, tags, and description.

6. Brand Tone REQUIRED

Select the voice you want your listing to use.

Why it matters: Your chosen tone helps shape how the draft sounds to shoppers. You can also test different tones across listings to see what resonates most with buyers. Some sellers stay consistent for a strong brand identity, while others mix and match depending on the product.

7. Customization Details OPTIONAL

Describe how buyers can personalize your product, or leave blank if none.

Examples

  • Add child's name
  • Choose gemstone color
  • Custom engraving (up to 20 characters)
  • Editable text fields

Why it matters: Clear customization details help shoppers understand what they can request.

8. Additional Notes OPTIONAL & RECOMMENDED

Share anything extra you’d like ProSEO to consider.

Examples

  • Seasonal product (Halloween release)
  • Works as a set with other items in my shop
  • Specific dimensions or file types (e.g., “8x10 inches, JPEG and PDF included”)
  • Unique materials or processes not mentioned in features (e.g., eco-friendly inks, hand-poured soy wax)

Why it matters: Notes capture important details that don’t fit into the other fields, ensuring your listing is as complete as possible.

  • Use commas between keywords and features.
  • Think like a buyer: 'What would I type in the search bar if I wanted this product?'
  • Fill every REQUIRED field (Product Type, Main Features, Brand Tone).
